Prior to launching Uptown Tidy, I had a successful 20-year career in publishing and corporate communications. And while that might sound like a bit of a leap to my current situation, it’s actually been a pretty natural transition.
Let me explain: As a writer and editor, it was my job to sift out redundant and irrelevant details before weaving the remaining facts into a clear and concise narrative. Essentially, these are the same skills I use as a Professional Home Organizer—helping clients filter out the excess until they are left with a space that inspires clarity and reflects their ideal lifestyle.
